Our translations mainly deal with juridical and financial
languages as used at attorneys-at-law studios, notary public offices,
companies dealing with foreign customers, multinational companies as well as
private clients. All our translations can be
sworn
(legalised) at Milan Law Court and may as well bear an
Apostille seal if the document is to be used
outside Italy in all those
countries signatory to
Den Hague Convention on 5 October 1961.
We normally deal with English and Italian languages using
both traditional tools (dictionaries, thesaurus and other reference books on
printed paper) as well as on line tools in order to conduct in-depth
researches which can be listed in case the client requires so.
Most of our legal translators are registered at Milan and
other Italian cities Law Courts, at Consulates and at Milan Chamber of
Commerce as Sworn Translators. This qualifies the translators to formally
take oath for their translations and
legalise
them. If you are asked to produce legal document outside of the
Italian territory you are required to produce an
Apostille under the Hague Convention. The Apostille takes the form of a seal on a
separate sheet of paper attached at the end of the translated document or on
the verso of the last translated page and is dated, numbered and registered
by a Tribunal Official.
WHAT IS AN APOSTILLE?
An Apostille is a seal stamped either on the verso on the
last translated page of the document or on a separate sheet of paper and
attached as the last page of the document. It authenticates both the
signatures of the Italian Law Court official who has signed the document and
the sworn translator’s, making the document valid as if issued in any one
member states signatory to the Hague Convention of October 5, 1961 though
many countries that are not members recognise the authentication of the
Apostille as well.
